Martyn Duffield - Yorkshire Unsung Hero 2004

Martyn Duffield has supported Lineham Farm since its inception. The centre was opened in May 1993 after having been converted from derelict farm buildings and has been turned into the residential centre for children's holidays. Martyn supports Lineham Farm in a financial way through his business (Duffield Printers), as well as in a voluntary capacity through himself, his rotary club, and his workforce.

Martyn committed 2 - 3 days a week as a voluntary fundraiser in Lineham Farm's first three years, allowing the centre to keep running. Martyn also supports a number of other charities within Leeds through donated printing materials and voluntary action groups. We at Lineham Farm feel that he is truly an Unsung Hero.
